I've been forgiving of the frequent errors in my orders because they will often credit my card back for the food that ends up missing. Today, I placed an order at 4:56PM and the food didn't arrive until 6:10PM. It was missing 2 orders of chicken wings. I tried multiple times to call the store and had to deal with the automated system, a centralized call center where they wanted to take an order until I told them it was a complaint and every time I *did* make it through to the store I ended up hearing a busy tone for 2 cycles and got hung up on, including the time an actual employee put me on hold. Long story short, I'm just eating the cost off the food I never got delivered because the entire system is too much of a hassle to keep dealing with and I'm done eating Pizza Hut. Between their shoddy app and worse quality assurance, I'd rather eat the cardboard underneath a frozen pizza than deal with this location and their parent company again!
