Service was great, steaks weren't cooked how requested but still tasted good.

The food was cold and the waitress was very scatterbrained—she kept forgetting everything we ordered. One of our appetizers was never put in, and we asked for bread, lemonade, and water, but none of it ever arrived.

My steak was overcooked (asked for medium, came back medium well) and so were my girlfriend’s ribs making them both chewy. Our waitress was oblivious and came by maybe once the whole evening. We came on a Friday night and the place was nearly empty. A bunch of staff, including our waitress, were just chatting it up with each other at the front desk. We literally had to stack plates ourselves after we had appetizers to have room for dinner, and then again for dessert. I’d normally tip at least 18% but felt compelled to significantly reduced that given the terrible service. I probably shouldn’t have left any tip at all. Would not recommend this place to anyone. At least we had a gift card to cover most of the cost, but even that felt like a waste to use. Bumped to 2 stars only because the dessert was actually pretty good.
