- JRJ Ignacio RodriguezNov 1, 20252.0I’ll start by saying I understand that places like Orange Julius are simple enough places to work at for people new to the workforce (teens), and pay too little to attract any serious adults on the daily. That being said, every single time and without fail, service is terrible. Sure, we get our drinks, but the attitude, the aloofness, and complete absence of attentive staff is overwhelming. Please, please, please hire better staff, or train them better. Or have a more serious supervisor on schedule. Today, it was particularly worse because their system was down in some sense, and they weren’t taking card as payment, only cash or someone’s Venmo. That’s not really the problem. The problem is that the person there waited for us to reach them after the line and gave us an attitude when saying “uh, we only take cash or Venmo. Does that work?”, all the while being on her phone. I like your drink. Please address your staff issues.
