    I felt like it’s time to finally leave a review. I live a minute and half from this McDonald’s and go here about 4-5 times a week. There must be a worst McDonald’s in the world and this is it. It is so significantly below average so consistently it’s shocking. McDonald’s is generally so consistent across restaurants, so much so that I’m still somehow surprised every time I go here expecting it to be normal. You wait for your food in the drive through EVERY TIME no matter what you order. You would expect it to be hot at least, but no it’s old and cold EVERY TIME. I’m proving insane expecting it to ever be different, but I’ve accepted that it won’t be. I will continue to go here several times a week, but it is the worst McDonald’s in the world.

    Honestly one of the most confusing McDonald’s experiences I’ve had. We pulled up and apparently a car behind us was yelling, but the employee decided it must’ve been us. Without actually checking, she refused to serve us. We tried to explain that it wasn’t us, and even another car was confused about why no one was being helped. Somehow the staff then decided they had “confirmation” that the other car was with us… which they absolutely were not. Instead of just taking orders like a normal drive-thru, they made assumptions and turned it into a whole thing. Super unprofessional and a waste of time. If you’re going to accuse customers, at least get the right car.

    I had the worst McDonalds experience at this location that I can remember over the last 45 years. To be clear; This is NOT the McDonald's workers' fault. This store is absolutely mismanaged in a way that is almost impossible to fathom, let alone explain. Fast food exists everywhere. Fast food is pervasive and ubiquitous in modern America. I would think that a template for successful fast food franchises exists in locations within every sizable city in this land. Yet THIS location of McDonalds has decided to rewrite the "fast food" script. Perhaps a new genre of eatery should be defined to describe the glacial pace at which food is produced at this location. That new genre - let's call it FRUSTRATINGLY SLOW FOOD - comes with no management presence in the store, confusion in the kitchen, zero communication about the status of orders, and zero accountability on the part of the franchise owners. This is what results in a 25 minute wait AFTER placing a mobile order 10 minutes prior to arrival. Had I known it would have taken that long for some egg McMuffins and a breakfast burritos, I would have sat down in a decent restaurant and enjoyed myself. To the franchise owners of this location - you are absolute failures. No question. YOU FAILED. To anyone reading this - unless you actually want FRUSTRATINGLY SLOW FOOD, drive another mile in any direction and visit a different McDonalds.
