Whether I get door dash from this location (nearest to my house so often) or if I pick up in person, they seem to be completely unable to remember to just give me the sauce I wanted. The food quality is somewhat consistent, but it sucks when you don’t get what you ordered even if that’s just the sauce. SAUCE MATTERS TO PEOPLE! Straws matter! Napkins! They ALWAYS seem to forget at least one of these things.

The staff is not friendly at all. EVERY time I ask for sauces, they only give me ONE, even though I order 2 or 3 meals. Many times our meat has been extremely dry and tasteless. When you say something, they don’t try to find a solution and seem uninterested. It’s such a shame because I truly love McDonald’s, but the experience makes us not want to come back

Update: so disappointed that I spent over $20 dollars on this food that none of us are willing to eat that I called the store. I talked to an alleged manager who was quite rude and HUNG UP ON ME abruptly with a sarcastic "have a nice day." What is going on in that place?
