There is no urgency in the lobby. Just shut down the lobby if you’re going to ignore the whole thing entirely. Absolutely ridiculous. They will always get your order wrong (ordered with no sausage still got sausage another friend ordered and said the sausage was nasty and it was.)

I was so mad to prove the right I pulled out my bank statements online to show them I had paid for the food at the time date and location and yet they still didn’t give me my food make sure they hand you your food and don’t pull forward when they tell you to.

I waited 10 minutes or more, with a lot of other people, waiting for order corrections. But the staff that interacted with me were all nice and helpful. Just overwhelmed with too many orders and mistakes to fix
