Keep fried fish separate from chicken nuggets in frying oil. My nuggets tasted like fish

Pretty foul conditions on customer facing areas, hoping I don’t get sick assuming food prep area is worse. If McDonald’s sees this, you need a third party cleaning crew in here asap
McDonald’s has responded, just contact corporate and we’ll let the franchise owner know feigning responsibility. I did report it directly too. You just pass the message along.
This is my first and last time coming here there was a homeless man sleeping in one of the booths and every thing seemed so thirty so I had no other choice but to eat in my can

I wouldn't even recommend this particular location to my worst enemies.
I deliver for Uber Eats. Going to this location before for food pickup has never really been an issue. I deliver in overnight hours so many McDonald's locations either have their lobby still open and available for pickup or others have their doors locked and you have to go through the drive-thru.
The lobby was open around 2:00AM so I went through there a couple of nights ago. The employee on duty was very condescending, asking if I'm with DoorDash. I replied, "No, Uber Eats." He said in a nasty tone that "only DoorDash people are allowed inside" and if I want to be inside, I can "wait until 6AM like everyone else or use the drive-thru."
Feeling annoyed, I got out into my car and went through the drive-thru. Having already announced the name of my customer that I'm picking up for, I decided to skip the stop to shout it out into the speakers for a second time and just pulled up to the second window to wait for pickup. The same employee took offense at that, saying rudely that I "have to go around AGAIN to stop at the speakers." He knows who's order I'm there for. The order is even FINISHED by now. He could just very easily hand me my customer's food through the window NOW, but he is taking delight at having me jump through all these hoops for his personal entertainment.
I sighed with disgust and drove another lap around the restaurant to wait at the speakers and the outside menu. It took him almost 5 minutes to acknowledge me. When I was finally given his "permission" to pull up again to his precious window, I was red-faced and on the verge of losing it. I grabbed my customer's bag out of his hands, the SAME bag that was already finished 5 minutes earlier and which he didn't feel like giving to me and wanted me to wait longer for. I fought back the urge to yell at him and just drove off without a word.
If I had been a customer, I would have cussed him out big time. NEVER had there been any rules saying that ONLY DoorDash can come inside and Uber Eats people get the shaft. I'd come in plenty of times at this location before and got my food bag and a "thank you" without any issues from the staff. It was like THIS one employee has a personal grudge on Uber delivery people and decided to have a little fun while the night is young and the orders are slow. Got a delivery call from this location just last night but I decided I wasn't going there this time and taking the chance that this same obnoxious and rude employee might be wanting to go a second round of fun against me. I thought it was extremely unprofessional.
I am very disappointed and honestly sad that McDonald’s allows this kind of service to represent their brand. The employee who helped me first said his name was Bob, but his name was actually Michael, which immediately felt dishonest and unprofessional. Throughout the interaction, he rushed me and gave off a strong “hurry up” attitude that made the experience uncomfortable.
Because of how poorly I was treated, I asked to confirm whether he was the manager, as I truly couldn’t believe this level of service. A Latina woman stepped in and was the only one who provided respectful and helpful assistance, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, that did not make up for the overall experience.
At this point, I am done being a customer. This type of service damages McDonald’s reputation, and I hope this location takes accountability and improves how customers are treated.
