I won’t be ordering online again, and I’d advise others to be cautious as well. Creating an account for Five Guys doesn’t offer any real perks like other restaurants’ rewards programs. I ordered online and realized after placing it that it was supposed to be for delivery — my mistake, I should’ve paid closer attention. I called the store right away to cancel, but they told me they couldn’t do that, which I found surprising. I’ve worked in several restaurants, and every one of them could cancel an order on their end. I then contacted customer service, and they told me I’d need to submit a refund request and wait for someone to call me before the refund process could even begin.
