- RRRaaawbFeb 17, 20261.0Awful. Terrible. Inexcusable. There was a 2 for 1 offer for the chain's birthday. "Only on the app." Only store within 10 miles. Installed the app and drive to the store. Tried to order but was "unavailable." Came inside and was told they WOULD NOT HONOR THE DEAL outside of the app process. Said probably online was too busy. Went back to my car and waited a while. Finally was able to process the order. Got bank confirmation of the charge. Went inside, waited a while. Turns out, order food not reach them. Tried running it again, response was "HTTP 400." Another bank charge confirmation. Order did not go through AGAIN. Showed them my charge, did not matter, they would not honor the order. Said I might have to wait a couple days for my back to reverse the charges. NO ATTEMPT TO RESOLVE NOR OFFER ANY CONSIDERATION. Felt a complete lack of concern or caring. "Yeah, the app messes up a lot." Last time I ate here was 5 years ago. Food was okay but I'D DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THIS AGGRAVATING AND RELATIVE RUDENESS FROM THE STORE. Never again.

I asked for pickles and tomatoes which I got a normal amount of but then I asked for bacon and got a small 1/4th of a piece of bacon, maybe 4 mushrooms and onions, and then a pinch of lettuce😂 idk what happened but I am pretty sad bc I was really excited… I’ll give five guys another try but definitely not this location.
