  I used to frequent this location, but stopped due to poor customer service and poor management. My coworker recently started going back and told me that there was new management and much better service. As a business owner, I wanted to give this location another chance. The new manager has implemented changes, including staff training and a focus on customer satisfaction. I went in this week and was greeted with a professional outgoing attitude. The new manager was polite and handled herself very professionally. It was refreshing to see someone with an upbeat attitude. I will definitely be returning as a regular to this location. By the way, my food order was on point. The restaurant was clean and inviting. All it takes is the proper management to run a business correctly.

  they are so slow. I’m the only one waiting for a plain cream, cheese bagel and they have taken 15 minutes. I’m late for work. Don’t recommend.

  Amazing service! They had my mobile order ready in less than 10 min. Unfortunately they had messed up my order and when I went back inside to get it fixed, the manager proactively asked me if everything was okay with my order. I told her no it was wrong and she was super apologetic and offered to remake it right away. She let me keep the wrong order - which my husband gladly ate. While I waited she apologized again for the wait and offered me a free pastry item for the trouble. Everyone greeted me when I entered and when I left. They even let me use my free coffee coupon despite having forgot to add to my mobile order. 5 star service! Esp from the manager - sad I forgot to get her name to mention her in this review. My bagel sandwich was super tasty too once they fixed it. I will be back!

  I placed an online order for a toasted bagel snd shmear. I waited inside the seating area for 30min and had never heard my name called. After so many people had come in after me and got their food, I went to the counter to ask about my order and it had just been sitting on the back counter. Who knows for how long but when I finally got it, it was cold and soggy🙄

  Thursday 25 Sept 2025 @ 9:55a First time at this brand & location. The food was tasty, good price, very filling. Given the number of people being served, it took a while for everybody's food to come out, even for two people who ordered online before coming to the store. First time at this brand, so I'm not sure if this is the usual or just a "bad morning". I'd come again - but will plan for the wait. The inside is plain and apparently they have recently switched to pay when you order. They need to add a sign letting people know to go to the cashier to order. The interior "flow" directs you to where you now "finish" your order. I went there. I'd say 95% of the people entering the shop did as well. One employee, making food, had to constantly tell people to go to the cashier first. People eating near me said this was a change.
