My order was wrong they ran out of salad I got the special where you get two items for $9.99 each when it was delivered the salad wasn’t there so I called and they gave me a credit I called today and the guy was absolutely rude like I couldn’t believe he was trying to tell me that I needed to pay for it. I’m like no there’s a credit for the salad. He continues to say well you owe. I was like it’s the special it’s the same price he said come in and we will see what we can do I told him I wanted curbside pickup. I am disabled so it’s hard for me to come in. I get to the store and one of the employees was eating behind the counter and he wa an older gentleman. You would think he would have some common sense to eat it in the back. Not where everyone can see him I call the store and ask if someone could bring it out. The gentleman who answered the phone was named Benjamin and he was the most polite person that I talk to in a long time that worked at the store so I was impressed by him and let him know that I was unable to come in and he he was so caring and made sure that it was brought to me so out of this whole situation I would give Benjamin a five star rating but through everything else it was a bad experience and I’ve always had a bad experience with this store. I almost just want to start going to Papa John’s because this Domino’s is the only one that delivers in my area and the people there are rude and have a lack of customer service skills. So if the manager is reading this message, I’d get props to Benjamin and let him know that he’s doing an amazing job and that he should rub off on some of the other employees that worked.
