They also never received the icing for the cinnamon bites, even though they paid extra for that as well. On top of that, the staff appeared to be handling orders out of sequence, which caused them to wait hours for a simple carryout order. When my dad called the store to speak with a manager, he was hung up on—twice. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

Very nice guy and on top of it the pizza is always amazing (:
