  This Buffalo Wild Wings has the worst service of any BWWs I’ve been in. They make you wait 30 minutes to be seated even if the restaurant is completely empty. After you are seated you are lucky to get a visit from your server within another 30 minutes. Food is usually good but sometimes your order is wrong or they forget things. Once again good luck getting your server to bring you the correct thing if they get it wrong.

  The “host” I guess is who he was…. He walked up muttered something and we thought he was seating us so we followed. He turned around and said “I didn’t know you were going to follow me.” Very awkward but yet he handed us menus and we sat down. 20 minutes later - crickets. So we left and all around super awkward experience. It was not busy at all either. Other people behind us were being seated and served immediately.

  I DIDN'T want to leave a bad review but today Dec.28, 2025 I went to get food and the people serving were outside smoking near the restaurant entry and also I ask for a extra ranch 8oz which I payed for and was disgusted to see that the guy didn't wash his hands after handling money, and licked his fingers while putting the cap on the 8oz ranch. This is really disgusting. I really wanted to get a refund back on the whole order becuse there was even a lady with all her hair down around the food? Gross we didnt eat the food this is disgusting 😤

  I usually love BWW, but this was a new experience for me. To keep it short: there were 5 occupied tables, 2 waiters, a bartender, and a host. It astounded me that with so few customers, we didn’t see our waiter for 10 minutes and didn’t get our food for 45 minutes. When we DID get our food, it was so cold that the sauce was starting to get a film on it and the fries were essentially cardboard. DO BETTER BWW! I want to like coming to eat wings, but can’t with this kind of service!

  Let me preface this by saying that I love Buffalo Wild Wings, just not THIS one. We came in after the dinner rush. Seated after 10 minutes then another 10 minute or so wait till we saw our server, we shall refer to him as Einstein from here on out. (Some names have been changed to protect the identity of those who may, or may not eat crayons) Upon meeting Einstein, we proceeded to place our complete order, 2 Pepsi, 1 chicken sandwich meal PLAIN, 1 triple bacon burger meal PLAIN and 1 order of cheese curds. Now mind you I have an allergic reaction to vinegar so I don't do condiments. I explained explicitly to Einstein that I wanted meat,cheese,bun ONLY. Very simple order. Einstein brings our Pepsi and starts to walk away when his synapses decided to fire and he spun around and lateral passed the straws that he forgot to put down from 5 feet away. Now I went to Wild Wings to watch football, not play it. If your going to throw a pass, at least tell me the play before hand so I don't fumble. Anyway, time passes and our local genius comes out with my wife's chicken sandwich FULL OF MAYO. Luckily she doesn't have allergies and just scraped it off. He also brought the cheese curds and walked off to the kitchen.(obviously he has a whiteboard full of mathematical equations back there that needed his attention) 10 minutes goes by, 20 minutes goes by, "someone send a search party, Einstein is MIA." Then he pops up and asks "How is everyth..... did you get your burger?" NO genius I didn't, because YOU never brought it. My wife then reiterates "PLAIN". 10 minutes later he shows up with the burger, while my wife is basically finished with her meal. He sets it down and I look at this burger that HAS EVERYTHING ON IT. To be fare, the manager comped my wife's meal and I got the opportunity to eat a dinner consisting of cheese curds. This place is like watching ESPN in a Waffle House.
