I have been coming for my DoorDash picks up it seems every time I come in there’s no car or ppl inside. I hate waiting for the food I’m a door dash delivery and I don’t have the precocious moment I have a family to take care and watch over them. I would like to talk with the manger because this is ridiculous waiting.
When the app says should be ready at this time it should ready I know sometimes is busy but this place isn’t busy. From 9:40 pm to 9:47 pm thats 7 mins waiting.

This visit was excellent. It was National French Dip Day, service was pretty quick, friendly, and they fixed anything that needed fixing.

The girl taking my order was very sassy and rude. I asked for a sandwich, side, and drink and she said in a mean tone, “So in a meal…” I apologized and she said nothing. She asked if it was to stay or to go and I said, “Here.” She corrected me and said, “To stay.” When I asked if they had tap on the machine for my card she pointed where in an exasperated way. I’ve been here before and have had good service so I know it’s not standard for this location, but if I were coming here for the first time I wouldn’t return. The person taking your order sets the tone of the restaurant and should have better customer service skills.

I liked this location recently but the last 2 times the beef been cold, the chicken strips are hard chicken which isn’t right, it’s tuff chicken. The coupon I used I got Charged full price beside the employee to enter it in..
