When I first walked in no one was at the front register and when I finally got help Trya was on her phone. Then I ordered, received my food and it was the wrong sandwich!!! I would not recommend eating here. I'll never go back!!!! You are paid to work, not be on the phone. What is so important that is on the phone instead of being aware at work? NOTHING!!!!

- SBS BDec 27, 20251.0Medium drink is now the size of a small. The Beef and cheddar size has been shrunk down as well. It's a little bigger than a slider. I ordered in the app where there is no choice for sauce packets. My experience is they would put them in the bag before sealing it but not this time! The sandwich is nothing w/o the horsey and bbq packets. I wonder if I ask in the drive thru for them will they put them in my hand to be dropped? Arby's has become another participant in corporate America's downsizing of products which is a big turn off. I won't be back
