- PYParis Yokota4 days ago1.0We put in a mobile order (and paid for it) 10 minutes before closing and arrived 5 minutes before closing just to have them tell us they “ran out of ice cream for the evening”. When we asked about a refund, they told us they have no association with the app and we’d just have to get it through the app. The app had no option to cancel our order. We asked about a gift card instead of the refund and they said no. I’m pretty sure they just closed the register before the store actually closed. The employees were extremely unhelpful in explaining how to get a refund. Waste of our time and money.

Despite the busy store that day, the workers processed the orders quickly, and we still had an enjoyable experience. The ice cream was delicious and it was a warm weather day to enjoy ice cream. Thank you, Dairy Queen, for this enjoyable experience.

The last two times I ordered this, and paid the extra, there has been no "extra" anywhere....maybe even less than normal. When I tried to ask that it be corrected this evening, I was told by the girl in drive through, "If it said extra, then there's probably extra in there". Got home to eat it, no extra Reese's. Go figure.
