  Made a special trip to Baskin-Robbins to buy a birthday cake for my son, only to be told they couldn’t write “Happy Birthday” on it because no one working was trained. For a $40 cake from a place that sells blank celebration cakes, that’s a pretty basic expectation. The employee was nice, but the only solution offered was that I could go to Smith’s instead. If I wanted a grocery store cake, I wouldn’t have gone out of my way to come here.

  Kai, an employee at the Orem location, was so sweet!!! She let me try a ton of different flavors and was so nice to me. The store was super clean and the employees were very friendly!

  I came in March 15th late night with a hankering for ice cream at around 8:15 pm and was greeted by a friendly employee named Hannah and was served by this nice guy named Ashton, the ice cream was delicious waffle cones were crisp and the facility was very clean I would definitely recommend coming here Strawberry cheesecake is the best!!!!!

  Looks clean, they were making fresh waffle cones as we arrived. The flavors looked alright, but most of them looked like the kinds of ice cream young children would choose with a ton of dye and very sweet flavor options. I feel like they could include some lighter flavors that don’t look quite as dark as play-dough. That has nothing to do with this location and more to do with Baskin-Robbins in general.

  On Wednesday night, March 4th, my family and I went to Baskin-Robbins to get ice cream. When we walked in, there were three employees working: one girl and two guys. I didn’t catch the names of two of them, but I know one of them was named Ashton. One employee took my order for three banana splits but did not ask which ice cream flavors we wanted. The employees then took an excessively long time to make the order and were in the back laughing. At first I didn’t think anything of it, but it later seemed like they were making fun of my accent, which made the experience very uncomfortable. When they finally brought out the order, they had only made two banana splits instead of the three I ordered. I then had to wait an additional 10 minutes for them to finish making the last one. Afterward, I asked if I could get lids so we could take the banana splits to go. The employee named Ashton made eye contact with me and said “Nah,” and walked away. Another employee eventually gave me lids, but while doing so she dropped one of the banana splits on the counter. When I tried to grab it, it got all over my hands. She did not apologize, and I had to ask for napkins, which she reluctantly gave me. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The employees were unprofessional, the service was slow, and the situation was handled poorly. I hope this issue can be addressed so other customers do not have the same experience.
