  Every Wendy's location is horrible. Who thought it was so hard to make a hamburger or spicy nuggets. We dined in, and almost had to clock in to make our own food. Seriously Wendy's, long time customers that would rather miss this meal.

  50¢ per sauce other that ketchup. Get out of here. Where does the greed stop??? Won’t be coming here again. So ridiculous.

  This restaurant always has freshly prepared food to order and the staff is always ALWAYS super polite and helpful. Dashers & delivery drivers get a beverage while waiting. The management always makes sure that staff do the regular cleaning and side work too. I always have a nice time when I'm there and they seasonally decorate too.

  For some reason, this branch of Wendy's is ALWAYS a mess. There are tons of people behind the counter. Can't understand why someone can't wipe tables down, and sweep the floor. The place to get kids, straws, etc. Is ALWAYS a sticky mess.

  Nothing says customer service like arguing with somebody that's they're picking up the order on behalf of the customer. Apparently if you're not the customer you're not supposed to do anything except for sit there and wait. Comments on the fact that despite the fact there's five employees there you've been waiting for an extended period of time and all of a sudden one of the same employees who was too busy to assist you has plenty of time to argue with you and make "threats" that they're going to report you. Umm okay. Unlike your "fine" dining establishment I have an almost five star rating.
