  I order 2 baconators that I had to force down cause I didn’t want to waste food couldn’t finish the second one due to it absolutely swimming in ketchup and mayo, absolutely disgusted… taking my business to McDonald’s….

  Love Wendy’s. But this one needs to step up their game. I wanted my mobile order ready when I got there. They didn’t even have it started. Was on lunch and was not happy cause I had to speed back to work. Please do better.

  They are correct with the impolitness of the people I was supposed to get a drink and with the frosty burger was over cheesed as well the fries was under salted and un tasty burger still figuring out if the taste is great as always or I should go to the Wendy's in river dale place is empty for five to six pm very rude people as well their cash register wasn't full to.point out change all card only I think someone has covid with the service defently needs to be getting the A grade rating checked out

  Everyone is grumpy. Even when it’s not busy, they are still moody people. The food is rarely fresh. Don’t order breakfast unless you go at 5 am. Anytime after, potatoes will be dried out and hard as rocks, the biscuits will be smooshed flat, and the Cinnabon will be cold and hard. Save your $50. Or, go to McDonalds.

  So here's my experience today. I come into the Wendy's on 12th and Washington in Ogden Utah. No one is manning the register. I try to use the kiosk and one is out of order and the other won't accept my QR code for a free 6-piece nugget on Wednesday. So I go back up to the counter and I wait for a couple minutes for someone to come help me. No one does. So I asked for someone to come help me and get snapped at by Sarah the manager. But I get helped by this nice girl. She takes my order but when I finally get my order after about 10 minutes the nuggets aren't there. I asked about them and the girl talks to Sarah the manager and admits that she messed up the order. Sarah tells me there's nothing she can do, that if I want the nuggets then I have to buy something again to get them. Which is freaking ridiculous if they made the mistake. Choosing not to make a scene, I go and sit down and just enjoy what I got. But instead find out they messed up my burger by putting Mayo on it when I told not to. When I talked to the girl about it, she was going to get the manager again but I told her not to and I didn't want her to get in trouble. She was a really sweet girl and I liked her as the person that helped me. She had a very positive attitude and decided to just drop it because of that. Overall my experience today was terrible. And the cleanliness of the store was disgusting as evidenced by the photos I am posting. Do not eat here!
