  I ordered ahead by about 3 hours so that I could have delivery for the company I had over for the evening. My driver was texting me from the lobby saying they were waiting for it but the food was not there. I called multiple times to the store with no answer and I just wanted to get my money back for the order I never recieved. I can’t get a live person to help.

  the absolute worst crust I’ve ever had. Hard and dry. The toppings were about as good as a very cheap frozen pizza. Cannot believe this was a pizza from Pizza Hut. It used to be my very favorite. Will NEVER order from Pizza Hut again.

  If I could put 0 stars, I would. Almost every Pizza Hut that I've ordered from doesn't ever make the order right, and this one is no different. They HATE to put sauce on their pizzas, so I always order extra sauce, and this one didn't put any sauce on at all. So, when the order came, I looked at it and requested that it be remade. The delivery guy took the pizzas back, and NEVER brought anything back. When I called to resolve the issue, I had to go through someone with an Indian accent to get the store on the phone. The person (Joseph, I think) that answered the phone was INCREDIBLY rude. I politely explained the issue and asked when my order would be coming back because it had been over an hour since he left. Joseph scoffed and hung up on me without a word. NEVER EVER ordering from them again, and that dude should be fired.

  I placed an order for one large pepperoni pizza, got home, took a bite and there was a HAIRRRRRRR baked into my pizza.. A HAIR IN MY PIZZA!!! sooo not okay an i want my money back, paying 25 dollars for ONE pizza just to be thrown away and have a HAIR!!!
