  While traveling through this area we stopped for breakfast. When ordering, they didn’t come to us until after at least two cars came and went on the inside lane. I checked the bag and found hash browns were missing. They of course gave it to me and we left. Getting further down the road we realized they didn’t give us the drink either. When I noticed the order was incomplete I could have asked them then, but just didn’t as shouldn’t have to, but then my wife got into her oatmeal and could almost drink it with a straw. Finally, the muffin on the sausage McMuffin was on the verge of being really burnt. We were too far down the road to turn back. Pretty disappointing

  Watched this dude stick his beard in the bag of food before sending it out to a customer but to be fair what can you expect from a McDonalds 😭

  I walk in and had 2 employees make direct eye contact with me and not a single greeting not a smile. Told the manager I was about to cancel the order due to being ignored for several minutes and she offered a pathetic sorry. Horrible customer service. This DoorDash pickup taught me that I will not spend my money there. They lost a potential customer.

  I gave this place too many chances cuz it's close to work & 24 hours. Never order the large fries from here cuz it hardly has any fries in it not even enough to call it a small and they're rarely fresh. The entire bun is always covered in grease or sauce like they never change their gloves 🤢 this last Burger looks so nasty I couldn't eat it and it was the last straw I won't be eating here again. It's fast food so my expectations were low but this is still pretty bad.

  Don't go here. The staff will state "store policies" and not give you what you ordered in their own app unless you pay more. They are very condescending and rude. It's not like I have high expectations at McDonald's of all places. The bar is very low and they still managed to limbo right under it
