Ordered online last night and went through the drive thru to pick it up. Got back to my place and my son's burger had someone's thumb pressed through the bun and it went through the patty. Food tasted horrible. I could only eat part of it. It was so bad that not to waste it all I tried to feed some to my dog and he refused to eat it. Rude person on the intercom. At the window the woman asked me a question and I couldn't understand what she was saying. Am I in America?

Upper management needs to look into this location on Sunday, January 4, 2026. I ordered a mobile order and the line took forever in the drive-through and I pulled up and they’re goofing around in there not being professional. I was handed the food crunched up and not folded nicely and ask for my frosty. She looked at me weird because I ordered a small frosty and no ketchup in the bag and I asked for ketchup on the mobile app maybe some training needs to be done. Hopefully this report gets to upper management mystery shopper.

Employees were more interested in chatting with their friends then taking customers orders when we finally had order taken it came out Incorrect and we were told we were going to be charged for it to be corrected we then asked for a sauce and waited and when we got our sauce it had an intentional stabbed in it ( I have a picture I will be sending to corporate) the employees who claimed they were managers was Jessie and Apalla this happened on Tuesday December 16th around 10:00 p.m. this is so embarrassing I can't believe Wendy's thinks this is acceptable disgusting Behavior Wendy's is such a disgusting company and I will not be returning I hope Mr Jesse loses his job the way he treated me was completely unhinged

If I could give a higher service score, I definitely would. Swasey and Sean are terrific. Sean always gets my special order correct. Swasey gets the award for remembering my order before I order it. AND she always sells me on something else like fries or even a frosty. This is the BEST Wendy's in Ogden for breakfast and lunch. Crystal runs a good, tight shop here
