Simple things like no ice in my drink or steak instead of beef. Also, it says the drive-thru is open until 3 AM...so don't close the drive-thru at 2:40 AM. Maybe 5 mins before but a whole 20 minutes? If you don't want to work that late, don't work at Taco Bell or change the store hours.

He really needs a hair cut. He looks horrible vey sloppy dressed and groomed. They refer to you with different names very unprofessional. I ordered on the app so my order would be ready when I got there. They didn't start making it until I got there. When I ordered I put ASAP. So they are horrible to say the least.
