  The employee who took my order was visibly “Put Out” that I wanted to customize my order. It was after the lunch rush and none of the employees were polite. I was sitting directly in front of the pickup counter and was not notified my order was complete. I had to ask for napkins, to which the employee pointed at them and nothing more. The sandwich was the worst I’ve ever received from any Jimmy John’s. The bread was dry. I asked for Jimmy Peppers and they forgot them. They didn’t add extra mayonnaise. Everything I requested for my custom order was missed. It was the smallest amount of meat I’ve ever been served on a sandwich from Jimmy John’s. To sum up, it cost me a Jimmy John’s price for a Subway type sandwich. The facility was clean.

  Would not recommend coming here every time I come here they forget something. I sat at the window for about 15 minutes before they took my order. Pretty sure they overcharged me got two combos regular size. They charged me 30 and then forgot to add the two kicking ranches I added, would not recommend it

  Sky was so helpful and kind. My visit was pleasant, fast, and efficient. I will definitely be revisiting!

  I don't know what part of add chicken to an order can be missed but thanks for stealing my money and not giving chicken.

  I love Jimmy John's, but I will never eat there again. We went to the 12th street location and the woman at the drive through was so rude, impatient, and snide we'll never eat at any jimmy johns again.
