  Worst Jimmy John’s I’ve been too. We went on 3/5/26 and got a few slices of meat and bread. Both my wife and I’s sandwich had nothing on it. I’m posting a picture of their “#13 Cubano” and the only thing I modified was “no pickles, add hot peppers”. I’ve been eating Jimmy John’s since 2014, and never had a sandwich of this poor quality. I will not be returning to this location and, with Pot Belly in the area, I’m not sure Jimmy John’s period will be receiving my business.

  The sandwiches are great, and the toasted sandwiches are the best. Service and delivery are always excellent.

  The people that work there are amazing. They corrected an issue promptly, going above and beyond. We really appreciated how kind, accommodating, and understanding they were.

  We went to this jimmy johns for dinner one night and one of the girls in our group found a piece of meat wrapper in her Sandwich. Because she got a toasted sandwhich the wrapper melted into the bread. The reason I am leaving 3 stars is because they remade the sandwich at no extra charge and apologized to the girl.
