  We went to this jimmy johns for dinner one night and one of the girls in our group found a piece of meat wrapper in her Sandwich. Because she got a toasted sandwhich the wrapper melted into the bread. The reason I am leaving 3 stars is because they remade the sandwich at no extra charge and apologized to the girl.

  This is the third time its happened out if the 4 times ive been to this location. Paid for extra meat and not gotten extra meat!

  I have ordered delivery from here many times and every time it sucks. My order is messed up it takes an hour to get delivered. Or their delivery system is messed up so it shows my order got delivered only for it to get delivered an hour later. Just now I placed an order was told I should have my order at 10:15 it’s now almost 11 and I still haven’t gotten my order. When I called they said that they didn’t have a delivery driver until just now. Cool so my food has probably been sitting there for the last 45 minutes probably going to be gross and soggy now. Also why did you say my food would be delivered at 10:15 if you didn’t have any delivery drivers until 11??
