The store was empty and my husband and I waited about three minutes while the girl who was working there did whatever she was doing. No big deal. When she finished with that she went to her register. Didn't even make eye contact, no smile, no greeting, just nothing. She just walked up to the register and logged in. So I walked up to her and smiled and said, "Hi." She proceeded to roll her eyes and completely scuzzed us off. Instead of ordering, I turned to my husband and said, "Nevermind." Then I turned to the girl and said simply, "A smile would go a long way." And she smirked sarcastically and said, "Okay." Not sure what her problem was but wow. That is the worst customer service I've had in a long time. I hope the manager of this location knows that they are losing money because of that one individual. I'd fire her in an instant.
