I see a lot ppl walk out of the store due to waiting. This store can make more money if that had more help. This job to hard for one person. Who ever works here. I tip my hat to you. Great job. The owner on the other hand. Wake up!!!!! Your losing customers and money. And your over stressing your worker. I'm surprised they don't quit on the job.

- AHArlena HarmonNov 11, 20251.0I have been a customer here for years but my most recent experience has me thinking I'll skip Jamba in Riverdale from now on. Went in at 2:20 pm on November 11th. The store was empty and my husband and I waited about three minutes while the girl who was working there did whatever she was doing. No big deal. When she finished with that she went to her register. Didn't even make eye contact, no smile, no greeting, just nothing. She just walked up to the register and logged in. So I walked up to her and smiled and said, "Hi." She proceeded to roll her eyes and completely scuzzed us off. Instead of ordering, I turned to my husband and said, "Nevermind." Then I turned to the girl and said simply, "A smile would go a long way." And she smirked sarcastically and said, "Okay." Not sure what her problem was but wow. That is the worst customer service I've had in a long time. I hope the manager of this location knows that they are losing money because of that one individual. I'd fire her in an instant.
