Used to love coming here when it was an entirely different crew. 2021-2023 we would come so often because the crew was always so lively and fun. We especially loved the pretty Alicia, who always gave excellent customer service and somehow made our food taste the most delicious. The restaurant has definitely become sorry now.

Place order for delivery, bait and switch for 3rd party delivery….default to pickup. Unless you allow overpriced 3rd party delivery. Was required to provide cc information. Management repeated out loud card # info on the phone ANYONE could overhear…. absolutely incorrect manner of collecting Information. My security and banking information was compromised. Extremely bad training, especially for a management person. I’m sad I could post only one star post zero stars bad practice

Placed an online pick up order for three burgers and a fry, got there 15 minutes after I placed the order. From there, I waited in the lobby after check-in for an entire one hour. I kept checking in on when is my order gonna be done. The app finally said it was completed and they had not even started the order. I watched people get their order before me that placed their order maybe 30 minutes after me. I explicitly asked multiple times and then they ran out of beef and said somebody from Park city was coming, after a long, hard 12 hour day this was not pleasant. Respectfully, I will not return.

Came in today for the BOGO 15+ others customers were having problems with the app and online website. They did NOT honor the code in house. The leadership team was struggling and talking loudly and yelling over the food. The team was very unprofessional seen a lot of health department issues with cleanliness And dynamic or how things were running. we ended up paying full price because I drove 20 minutes away. Really pissed that there was no structure or secure response from “higher up or district manager” they had a whole bunch of new trainees that didn’t even know to help with the customer service issues and the managers left them alone in tough situations. I’ve never had a bad experience at any location. But today marks the day I’ll probably never spend money here again. Ogdens finest unstructured team. And management team.

Descent food for an outrageous price.
I have eaten five guys periodically for nearly two decades. The food has always been consistent. The fries are great, and 8 out of 10 consistnely. The burgers are good but very greasy. Now I am not typically one to complain about grease but when it makes everything else saugy, from the bun to the experience, it is hard to call it a great burger.
Service was good and atmosphere is always consistently good.
Biggest drawback is the price. Now Five Guys has never been particularly cheap, but I spent over $13 for just myself. I got a bacon cheeseburger (single patty) and a small fry.
What is the Five Guys story/How did you guys get your name?
Five Guys began its pursuit to redefine the global burger landscape in 1986 when Jerry and Janie Murrell asked three of their sons whether they wanted to start a business or go to college. Now, three decades after our first location opened in Arlington, Va., Five Guys – a fast-casual restaurant chain named for the Murrells' five sons – serves a classic take on hamburgers, fries and milkshakes in more than 1,700 locations across 24 countries.

How many restaurants does Five Guys have?
As of January 2026, we have more than 1,900 locations in over 24 countries!
Does Five Guys offer delivery?
Most North American locations offer delivery. The best way to find out if the location nearest to you offers delivery is to visit our website or download the app.
Additionally, we work with all major third-party delivery companies in the U.S., including DoorDash and Uber, so feel free to search for Five Guys through their platforms!
Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.
While our crew members do all they can to avoid it, there is always a risk of cross-contamination. Please review our nutritional, ingredient and allergen chart for the most accurate information.
Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
Why is Five Guys switching from a fry cup to a fry bag?
We are switching to fry bags to ensure your fries stay fresher and as part of our larger commitment to the environment. The bags allow air to circulate better, so fries stay fresh during delivery and takeout. Same portions, same great fries – just smarter packaging that’s also better for the environment.
