Was having a rough day and decided to get burgers for dinner with my kids... while we were there, the kitchen crew started singing to the song playing and for some reason warmed my heart (I have been working in kitchens for 10 years and forgot what its like to just let go and enjoy it). What I got was a cold bacon cheeseburger in a bowl with no sauce and fresh onions. It was disgusting 🤢. The weirdest part is everything was right on the receipt. I don't know how they botched it so bad. I called to let them know and the kid said they could remake it for me. However I couldn't go pick it up because I was at work (my husband surprised me with lunch). He rudely said well we can only give you a refund if you come in with your card. And we have to have the receipt to prove you bought it. Which is fine, no need to be so rude! Very disappointing experience all around.
