  I walked up to order and I was asking “is is possible to get the plain bagel swapped for a different one?” And without answering my question the employee went “Name?” And I said “huh?” She sighs and goes “Name?” I tell them my name and they ask me to order, the entire time glaring at me. I don’t know what I did wrong but this is the first time I’ve ordered there, so I don’t think it’s a me issue :(

  Overpriced for bad service. The employees are extremely rude and the atmosphere is uncomfortable. If you want Einstein’s, the one right off campus has great service.

  I have been here on multiple occasions and while the food is good, the service has always been terrible. One employee in particular has an extremely nasty attitude every single time and it really ruins my experience.

  I had such a HORRIBLE experience yesterday around 12:30pm at Einstein Bagels at 3910 W Campus Dr.The short guy helping take orders had the WORST attitude towards me.. actually no, to everyone there as to what I noticed. I’m not going to let this slide at all. “You can’t order that” “it’s not a need it’s a want” like who says that to their clients!? ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. I’m a really nice humble lady but this guy had me on my worst side I had to match his energy there was no way I was going to let him treat me this way. I’m a client and I love this place I go to Weber State so I would make frequent stops there. I didn’t even enjoy my food. His attitude and presence made the environment very unwelcoming. Honestly stay away from here.
