- AAAlex6 days ago2.0I walked up to order and I was asking “is is possible to get the plain bagel swapped for a different one?” And without answering my question the employee went “Name?” And I said “huh?” She sighs and goes “Name?” I tell them my name and they ask me to order, the entire time glaring at me. I don’t know what I did wrong but this is the first time I’ve ordered there, so I don’t think it’s a me issue :(

I totally understand people have days every now and again but most of them are rude every single time. They also don’t ask if you want anything bagel and it ends up dry and cold.
