The person who took my order was great asking me questions about what I wanted on my sandwich. My food got to me as soon as they finished making it. I love going into Einstein Bagels.

The cheese was so burnt onto the egg where it just broke off because that’s how burnt the cheese was. I ordered an everything bagel and they only have the seasonings on the very edges of the bagel and because they burnt the sandwich so the everything seasoning on the bagel you could not get past the burnt taste of the seasoning. I tried to get my husband to eat it and after he took a bite and spit it out because of the burnt flavor. I understand when this happens once in a while, but this is the third time I’ve ordered from this place for breakfast and I get burnt food.

One of my all-time favorite sandwiches is the Tasty Turkey — it’s so good and consistently delicious every time. If you haven’t tried it yet, you definitely need to! This location never disappoints and is always worth the stop.

I started going to this location because the service was much better and even when the placed is packed, ive never had any issues. A couple of weeks ago I ordered a bagel with cream cheese. There was hardly any cream cheese! Today, they forgot half my order. It's my fault for not checking the bag before driving away. But its now the second time in a row with bad experiences.
