I get mistakes happen but this has been more than 4 times now and coffee isn’t the cheapest. Also have noticed a lot of new hires there which again I understand their learning but they either haven’t been trained right or just haven’t been corrected. Please make sure all your employees are trained correctly.

She didn't ask if I wanted any milk or sweetener, nothing. And after paying $4.06 for a plain lrg coffee...I felt a little jipped off. If you're after a fast plain cup of coffee this is not the place.

I understand this is a fast paced service job. But done make people feel rushed to move the line. And when you are working the window. Dont sit a play with toys and your cell phone. Focus on the work. And my hot 911. It tasted burnt and more like an ear wax if you will. I had yo buy another coffee. Got a Black Rifle canned drink.

It definitely wasn't fresh brewed,or perhaps the coffee maker not cleaned. 2 sips and I threw it away. When something is costing this much, the businesses have to be on point!

You should at least provide snow gear annually like snow pants and safety jackets or even build two separate shacks to protect your employees if you’re going to make the employees be outside. Remember your employees is what makes your company work and they come first.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
