Probably one of the best fast food experiences I've ever had especially drive-thru. I believe it was Nathan and Andrew that were on shift tonight. But the kid at the window with blonde hair was super sweet and helpful. They got our order 100% correct
I'd recommend this location over all other Ogden.

I swear everytime i come to this location something always has to be messed up.. I ordered a classic beef an cheddar with EXTRA CHEESE. I didnt pay almost a dollar for no extra cheese. Also asked the dude at the window for extra arbys sauce he says "I put tons in the bag already" THERE WAS THREEE!! He also put 3 ranch dips i didnt even ask for... I WAS THE ONLY ONE AT THE STORE, THERE WAS NOBODY IN THE LOBBY AN NOBODY IN THE DRIVETHRU HOW DO YOU MESS 1 ORDER UP! I WILL BE CALLING TOMORROW MORNING.

Arby's literally just gets grosser and grosser every time we eat it. Idk what it is, but we never even finish our sandwiches anymore. Unless you order Just curly fries, it's all bad. I also became violently Ill the next morning and was tore up all that day. Maybe it was the Arby's, maybe it was God punishing me for something.. hard to say.. Also, ridiculously expressive for fast food..

I normally never have a problem with my order at this restaurant. I went to get a sandwich and asked for extra meat, just one item. It was raining pretty hard and I was using tap with my phone. They didn’t have an awning and only stated it would be. Ice if they had one like most restaurants. The rep said “what can I say, my boss likes his bonuses.” He returned with my food. Got home, it was not prepared well, it was cold and I called back to ask who the manager was and when they would be available, the rep who answered was the same rep at the drive thru and was extremely rude and sarcastic. I made a complaint with their customer experience team. I’ll never go back to this restaurant again…
