Lied and said the system was down, said we couldn't go inside either, and gave us no other option. We ordered online anyways and sure enough, got our food. The guys in the back were doing nothing, there was just one woman doing everything. Other times they get our order wrong too. I like wendys food, but the management is lacking.

Wow. Lets just start by me saying Im very dissatisfied. Granted this is Wendys not Chick fil a so my standards were pretty low to begin with. I work close to this location so this is a regular stop for me. But Im driving the extra two minutes to the other one from here on out. Justin was very unhelpful to say the least. By the time he was reaching for my card, he hadn't told me the total so I asked him. He didnt tell me until after he had swiped my card, which was also when he told me he had upgraded my meal without me asking and charged the difference. The window closed as soon as I had recieved the last of my "stuff", making it clear he wanted nothing to do with the customers. When I got back to work, I found my fries, nuggets, and burger were all cold and had been thrown in very recklessly, there was no straw for my drink, or spoon for my frosty, I had asked for no ice but had received ice, I didnt recieve a receipt, etc. Most of these things are not enough to warrant a complaint from me by themselves. Once again, its wendys, I expect this once in awhile. But the combination of this with getting charged for something I didnt ask for and not being informed about it til after you've taken my money? Im a salesman, I understand the importance of upselling, but in the end its the customers choice. So yeah, Im not coming back here again. I would highly recommend retraining Justin on customer service.

I just spent my entire lunch break waiting in the drive thru waiting for a salad. I’m sure this Apple Pecan (pecans not included) salad is going to be amazing with ranch and whatever this onion BS is. Do better.
