  I need too be contacted by someone as soon as possible the service i received was the worst I have experienced in my 35 years of life your manager Katalina who's too busy too deal with us, give us her name or even spell it for that fact i explained we made a big online order and when we got home not all of our food was there she then decided too completely dismiss me and swear too me everything is there if thats the case why am I sitting here over a hour away now and one of my kids now doesn't have his food i explained not everything was there and if there was anything we can do her only solution drive a hour back the next day she then decided too hang up on me so I proceeded too call back multiple times she decided too pick up the phone say hello then once she heard it was me just stayed silent and hung up on me a total of 7 times the one time she finally decided too respond I got ( Sir I do not have time for this ) and then hung up on me again I have proof of everything. I expect to be contacted immediately and have this resolved. Now I sit here 4 burgers and 20 nuggets short for my kids and his friends and have too go spend more money on more food which will never be at this location ever again. I could care less if it was just 1 burger or so but 4 burgers and 20 nuggets is outrageous especially for my boys and his friends after a long football practice.

  I AM APPALLED AT THE SERVICE I JUST RECEIVED TODAY. Not only when i got there it took 15 minutes just too be spoken too but when we finally got the food i asked if everything was there they said yes so i expected everything too be there not only were 4 burgers missing but a 20 piece nugget aswell when i called too try and get the problem resolved the manager told us she gave us everything and swears by it now im sitting here over a hour away and my kids are missing there food unfortunately didn’t get spelling but her name is katalina when i asked her too give me her name she refused hung up on me 7 times already it took me talking to someone else too get her name she would just pick up the phone and say nothing at all this is outrageous service i plan on bringing this too the BBB, And corporate aswell if something is not done or i get contacted atleast. ONCE AGAIN HER NAME IS KATALINA HOW DO YOU CONSIDER YOURSELF A MANAGER AND TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS!!!

  I wont even let my dog eat here. But the kids do like the playground.
