- KSKarlie ShupeNov 17, 20253.0As someone who has worked in the restaurant industry I know how hard it is, they told us that they were out of the turkey for the burger, then came back out 10 minutes later and informed us that they did have it. So we reordered burgers, it took about 35 minutes total before we received the food. When we came home, one beef burger was severely undercooked, and we had one of our burgers missing. Huge disappointment after we had waited so long. The lead cook that night was super nice when we spoke the them on the phone to get the order fixed and made correctly for my Son to pick it up. But the girl who was taking the order had issues and when my Son got there no one helped him out, he stood there and couldn’t get anyone’s attention when there were other employees walking around. Huge disappointment, it used to be quick service, proper customer service skills and orders that were taken correctly, hope they get these issues fixed, don’t know if we’ll be going back for awhile.

I couldn't be upset though because the girl serving us brought us out a free, giant ice cream cone for our troubles. I am talking about whole arms length type of ice cream cone. She was the sweetest. Ice cream was worth the wait too

NOR the sides I wanted. Dont want to eat somewhere where our order wasn't completed. Used to love this place but losing its spark 💔 please do better.
