  Took 5 mins just to get acknowledged. And then another 5 mins for them to take my order. And then another 3 or 4 mins for me just to pay. And then I had a question and it took them 5 mins to talk to me. I feel like it shouldn't take that long just to get an order taken.

  Nothing like waiting 30 minutes for a sandwich while being the only one in the lobby. Place is a joke, it’s like this everytime I come here.

  Most random staff and experience. There were 3 cars waiting for food and it was over 35 minutes. I happened to be at the window watching them continually remake food. I got my food home and it was smashed and burned.

  Waited about 7 minutes in the drive through just to order, and then took about 3 minutes for them to get the payment through, then took 17 minutes for them to bring out the food, and when we got the food it was cold. The lady that took out our food also took out the food for the other 3 cars in the line.

  Photos show why I’m pissed… Come on man…. Large fry that could have fit in a kids size and the beef and cheddars, all looked like the one in the bottom photo… I usually like coming to Arby’s I won’t be visiting the North Ogden location if they’re going to put food out like this measly display. Again Come on man… Had I have dined in I would’ve brought it up to the counter and asked for a refund… This was takeout and I had gotten home before I saw how disgraceful this meal looked. If I wanted to eat off the dollar menu I would’ve went to McDonald’s again Come on man…. Very disappointed…
