I had to remind them three times. In the area in which they were cooking, the floors were very dirty, covered with food, not swept or mopped.

Once I had correctly placed my order, it was very slow in getting made as the drive thru seemed to be their only priority. There were quite a few people working but none paying attention to in house customers, only drive thru. It took me several minutes to get someone's attention to ask about my order. There was one young man that was helpful and apologetic when I got his attention. The eating area was dirty, really cold, empty on condiments and spilling over on all the trashes. The bathrooms were dirty. The food was cold and portions were small. Also, not made to my choices on the kiosk. I read a lot of the other comments and it looks like my experience is common here and this is a brand new location. Someone needs to pay attention and fix things. Not going back to this location.

Looked like someone decided to use the sink in the men’s restroom as a toilet and I doubt the workers are washing their hands there. The trash in the lobby was overflowing and the tables were all dirty - we left without ordering.
