  Food is reliable. Orders are usually accurate. I go here quite often. But if they ever make a mistake, it is like walking through quicksand to try to get them to correct it.

  I visited your drive-thru a little after midnight on a weekend and ordered a chicken nuggets meal and a chicken sandwich for my two kids. I was the only customer in line, and when I pulled up to the window, my order was already ready—less than 30 seconds after ordering. I asked the employee if the food was fresh, and she assured me that it was. Unfortunately, when I got home (just a 3-minute drive), it was clear the food was not fresh at all. The chicken sandwich looked extremely old and unappetizing—nothing like it should—and was completely inedible, so I had to throw it away. The chicken nuggets were slightly better but still tasted stale, and I didn’t feel comfortable letting my kids eat them. This was very disappointing, especially since the food was not free—I paid full price. Your signage advertises fresh food and 24-hour service, but this experience did not reflect that standard. I ended up going elsewhere to buy fresh food for my kids. Please ensure that old or stale food is not served to customers, and that employees are honest when asked about food quality. This situation could have easily affected children, which makes it even more concerning. This was one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had, and I hope it is taken seriously and addressed.

  I did a oder through Uber eats and by time my food got here my chilli was all over the bag and all my good was falling out the bag and soggy of chilli and they never answer the phone they hang up on u

  I've been driving to IHC Hospital 2-3 times every day for the last 2 weeks. I've stopped at this Wendy's twice this past week, and both times I've noticed a few things. The orders were done fast, everything was correct, and the staff there seemed extra friendly! It was a great experience both times! I'll keep going here, and it's probably the first great experience that brought me in again! If all fast food restaurants had their stuff together like these guys do, they'd all be busier! Thanks for not making my days harder than they've already been!
