Do I really have to give another bad review for simply getting the wrong order made and the custom requests ignored. What is the point of having employees..... maybe nobody can read there. Simply asked for a piece of bread instead of your garbage chips and I got your garbage chips. Who knows about the sandwich, I haven't even gotten that far yet. I also had to ask for my drink where it clearly says on my receipt that I ordered a drink and I was still questioned whether or not I ordered one. There was a bunch of goofing off going on behind the counter and I'm sure this is probably the work ethic at this location.

Waited 15+ minutes in the drive through and paid $13 for a 1/2 sandwich and medium tea. Was late as a result of the mediocrity.

Let’s just start I had a pick up first 5:40 and when I got there the line in the drive up was was 10 cars back. They had people wait at the window instead of having a area to park in so the next person would get their food , so 45 minutes in a no moving line.. get my food and when I get home it’s stone cold, no cheese for the onion soup and my fruit cup missing . I am so unimpressed I will never go again.

NEVER USE THE DRIVE-THRU here. It’s hands down the WORST design I’ve ever seen. Once you enter, you’re stuck with zero escape — no exits, no way around, no pull up front waiting area, NOTHING. And to make it worse, there’s no flexibility from the staff. If someone’s order is delayed or there’s a problem, they just let the entire line back up. At that point, it’s not even a convenience anymore — it’s a TRAP. Maybe take notes from McDonald’s, where they actually know how to run a drive-thru efficiently.

Delicious and creative sandwiches, and the bagels are always delicious! Panera bread has always been a favorite of mine and always wished they'd come To SLC (besides the airport). Glad to see they've opened up shop here!
