  The food was nice but the place was very dirty and messy ... There was a person supervising the staff and shouted at them in very ugly Spanish, and they were really screams and screams

  I like McDonald’s, but this is one of their worst because of how it’s set up inside. At the counter, you have to peek over a 5-foot-high sign to place an order. It’s hostile to customers. And like some other McDonald’s locations, you can’t refill your own drink. But here is the good: Most of the workers are friendly and professional. You don’t need a code to enter the restroom. And they have paper towels, not just an air dryer.

  I would like to file a complaint regarding the service I recently received. I visited the establishment with a discount coupon obtained after completing a customer satisfaction survey—a benefit offered by the company itself. However, I was treated inappropriately by the staff member, who displayed an unprofessional attitude, acting as if the use of the coupon were something negative. Furthermore, since the coupon could not be redeemed at the self-service kiosk, I had to approach the counter for assistance; the employee there appeared annoyed, making the entire experience uncomfortable. I wish to emphasize that using a promotional coupon is a customer's right and does not reflect their financial status. Another point: ours was the only tray for which the order number had to be called out at the counter for pickup; all other customers received their orders directly at their tables, which reinforced the feeling of unequal treatment. I hope this situation will be reviewed and that measures will be taken to ensure a more respectful level of service that aligns with the company's values. Sincerely,

  If you’re going to tell people to pull forward to wait for their food and you can’t keep track of whose orders who maybe don’t ask them to pull forward. I had to come in to get my order which of course some of it was missing. By the time I realized it I could not turn around.
