Then I start too record and she starts pulling out her phone and lieing saying she’s not refusing too sell too me . Very unprofessional and does not help customers at all I will never be back this is why McDonald will be a better go too after encountering Maria and her bad service. Also when I asked her name she kept refusing and kept copying me asking me for my name telling me she doesn’t have too give her name because I wanted too report this bad behavior

He didn’t get my order right and when I politely asked for the drink he forgot to give me, he gave me a nasty look as if it was my fault. He seemed so bothered that he ended up giving me a smaller drink than what i ordered. Definitely the wort customer service I’ve experienced at a Wendy’s.

All I ordered tonight was a cheeseburger kid's meal. I really thought it would be difficult to mess up my order, but sure enough!! I am on a feeding tube, but I can eat every once in a while. All I wanted tonight was a Frosty and a few bites of a cheeseburger. They forgot the frosty. I thought it was in the bag, so I didn't think anything of it. The main issue is one of there employees. Every time she is working, she is ignorant. What is frustrating, is that they were all just standing there talking which is probably the reason why they messed up my order. Then when you call them, you can't actually speak to an employee. They really need to do better.

I ordered the 5$ biggie bag and the manger didn’t even ask me what drink I wanted and automatically chose sprite I get to the window and she refused to change my drink or even take the drink back even though she never asked me her attitude was very bad ( Seemed like she did not like her job or even want to be there. Anyways I know she was manager because her name tag said manager but she needs to be re evaluated and maybe consider a career change.
