He was very personable and made us laugh while we were getting our food. The only downside was the cold water. I used the restroom and when I washed my hands, the water was freezing cold. I asked about it and was informed the hot water had gone out. I asked how they were getting by and they let me know they were doing dishes in freezing cold water. They were very nice about it but it seems like if I could barely handle washing my hands that it would be miserable doing the dishes. Subway needs to take better care of their employees, especially when they are so exceptional at their jobs.

The only negative was the food...we ordered online for in-store pickup and they got our orders mixed up. First, they mislabeled the wrappers. Sandwich 1 was actually 2 and 2 was actually 1 (not a deal breaker). However, the extra protein was added to the wrong sub. My wife got the extra protein and did not like that because it was mostly extra ham (which she does not like). She said the other flavors were overpowered by the amount of ham her sub had.
