  Out of the dozens of different kinds of vendors we use for our business, serv a cup has been my favorite for more than a decade! From the incredibly kind woman who answers the phone, knows most of us by name, and leaves anyone in a better mood than before they called just because shes so pleasant to talk to, to the guy who delivers our orders and always does anything necessary to help when we randomly ask for something outside of our typical order, to the guy who seems to be there almost immediately if I have a question about our machine. This company truly treats all of their customers like family! They have always gone to great lengths to help us out in abnormal situations where any other vendor would just say "sorry we can't do that." This level of customer service is the best I've ever seen and it's absolutely consistent with serv a cup!
