  Came for dinner as usual. When I went in to use the bathroom a worker was in there vaping in her uniform with the door unlocked. Waited over 15 minutes to be able to use one of the 2 restrooms but both were occupied the whole time, one by the worker vaping. Very unprofessional! It’s not fair that costumers have to wait to use the restrooms because a coworker is using it for a smoke break

  The food is good, but you spend way too much money for a meal that leaves you hungry. Why spend $15 on a sandwich that leaves you hungry when you can go down the street and grab a sub from Jimmy John’s that costs 50% less and actually fills you up.

  We ordered two pick two combos and one salad. The order came to $47.19! This is way more than this food was worth. They were also out of Asiago bagels so they made our sandwiches on sesame seed bagels. We used the drive thru and it took a long time for them to take our order and to make our order. And they didn’t include any forks, spoons or napkins. I was also disappointed in the autumn squash soup because it was very sweet. Almost like a dessert. On a positive note, the lady that took our order was nice and she seemed to be trying hard. And, the bagel sandwiches had good flavor.

  Been here twice. First time I ordered a sandwich that was exceptionally bad. Like the bread was moldy and stiff, it was missing crucial ingredients. The second time I was given the wrong order (iced latte instead of hot latte). They said they would fix it. Pretty sure they just dumped the cold latte into a paper cup instead of plastic. I wanted my money back both times. Service and quality are severely sub par. Do not recommend.

  Order delivery if you don't want to get your food on time. They use door dash and pick the dumbest people to deliver. I ordered at 11:45 and over an hour later my food showed up cold. I asked for a refund, and they said it would be 30 days to get a refund. Or I could get a $30 credit, like I want to wait an hour in the future for cold food. Honestly, if you have to eat here order pickup. And if you can eat anywhere else, always choose somewhere else.
