  This Panera is the best ever made only so by their amazing employee Dominic!! He was probably the most pleasant, friendly, and genuinely nicest person I have ever met in a food establishment. He greeted right upon entering, took our order and was such a pleasure to speak with, he is the reason we will be returning. But, the food itself was amazing as we expected. The rest of the staff could take some lessons in customer service from him. He is amazing!

  If I could put 0 stars, I would ... don't waste time waiting here, if you really like panera go somewhere else , 8 workers to prepare 1 sandwich and 2 coffees ... I lost too much time 45 minutes really bad experience

  We love Panera but were disappointed in how long it took to get our food after we ordered. After the 25+ minutes it took to get our food, the food itself was delicious! It is a smaller store so it was very loud and you sit very close to other tables which was not our favorite but the staff were very kind and helpful.

  I placed my order at 9:20am to be pick up at 12:30pm. They haven’t even started my order and they told me that I had to come in. I saw the staff there and they were trying their best but it did seem chaotic and not organised. I received a $2 off voucher for the inconvenience but that’s not enough. $2 off for a $20 meal!!

  Food was yummy - just what you would expect from Panera! Service left something to be desired - just seems like a little more training and practice is needed to perfect the system. We did drive thru and were asked twice if we were Name1 or Name2 (those orders were ready to hand out, but neither was our order). Then there was confusion with our order itself. Honestly, I think in a month or so they’ll have it down and it’ll be seamless!
