  This mcdonalds seems to generally have higher standards than others. It's more often the food is more fresh. The staff is more friendly, etc.

  Why are customers being asked to pull around when there is no line and only 3 things were ordered? Corporate needs to look into the way that a lot of these McDonald's are fudging their order turnaround numbers with this strategy. We ordered egg McMuffins and the English muffin was clearly bad. It should not have been served to people. The taste was one that you get when English muffins are expired. Despite waiting about 5 minutes around the front of the building for our food, even though there was no line, we received McMuffins that clearly had been microwaved or reheated. The hash browns were so greasy that it tasted like eating warm oil.

  Hit the drive thru for a McFlurry. They were quick and friendly. I was shocked the ice cream machine was working.

  This place tries to steal your money. It’s a total scam. When you order on the app the app charges you. They try to say you haven’t paid and then they make you pay again. I was in a rush on Saturday morning in the drive thru so I just paid a second time. When I got to work and checked my bank account I saw that the app charged me and then they charged me again. I went back that afternoon and had to explain it three different women who were all trying to tell me that the app didn’t charge. I showed them both transactions on my bank account app. The amount charged was $6.52. I told them I just wanted that money refunded back to my card. After arguing for a few minutes one of the ladies just opened the cash register and gave me $7 in cash back. Weird they wouldn’t have just refunded it back to my card. They tried to do the exact same thing again this morning when I went through the drive thru with a prepaid order on their app. I said no, I have paid. Here’s the proof. I had to argue again for a bit with the lady at the drive thru window before they finally relented and gave me my food. I think it’s some sort of scam where they’re charging people twice, but only billing out one order and they then pocket the money. And it seems like all the employees there are in on it. McDonald’s corporate should take a look into this as their employees are stealing money from customers.
