  4/1/026 First off ,Anna you are amazing!. I had a pretty specific (and honestly a little picky) order, and she handled it with so much patience and kindness. Not once did she make me feel rushed or like I was being difficult. She stayed positive the entire time, paid attention to every detail, and even went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. On top of that, she kept a genuine smile the whole time, which really stood out. Great customer service like that is rare—Anna truly made the experience.

  Ordered online on 3/1/26, they got all three sandwiches wrong and one of the employees kept yelling at the other customers. I used to go here all the time but the quality has gone down hill pretty bad in the last few years.

  I don't expect much from a Subway, but the guy working there could not care any less. He was sitting down with his family when I came in and acted like I was big inconvenience to him. I was the only customer in the place. He had a rude tone the whole time and was clearly trying to rush me out of the door. He didn't pay attention when putting the sandwich together and I swear he only put 3 olives on the sandwich. At least he washed his hands and the place was clean.
