  I had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru in the morning. The employee taking my order was quite curt and seemed unhappy to be there. When I tried to order smoothies, she told me the machine was broken. I decided to park and go inside to order. While at the kiosk, I noticed the smoothies were still listed as available, so I ordered them anyway. They were made and handed to me without any issues. It’s frustrating to be lied to at the drive-thru just because an employee doesn't want to make a specific item

  Worst experience I’ve ever had at a mcdonald’s, and that’s saying something. Nobody was in the store or the drive thru, all we ordered was 2 sprites, hot sauce, 1 side of a sausage, 2 bagels, 3 burritos and 2 hash browns. It took over 20 minutes. They did not give us our drinks, so we had to ask. Right we we walked in 2 different people wanted a refund and left. There was a black, short hair in my hash brown, they didn’t give us the hot sauce or the sausage. There was 4 people sitting in the back on their phones, they looked up at us for several minutes before they even talked to us. This was not my first experience at this restaurant, and every time it was awful.

  I pulled into this McDonald’s thinking I’d grab a quick bite. By the time I got my food, I had emotionally matured, grown a beard, and reconsidered my life choices. The drive-thru line moved so slow I’m pretty sure I could’ve walked to the grocery store, bought ingredients, cooked a burger from scratch, and been back before they asked me to “please pull forward.” I wasn’t even mad — I was just impressed at how consistently nothing was happening. Ordering felt like a group project where nobody read the assignment. I repeated my order so many times I started questioning if I even knew what I wanted anymore. When I finally got my food, it was almost right… which somehow felt worse. The vibe inside? Confusion with a side of chaos. It wasn’t even that busy, which makes the delay feel like a mystery documentary waiting to happen. If you’ve ever wondered what “slow burn” means in the fast-food world, this is your place. Bring snacks for the wait. Maybe a camping chair. 10/10 if you’re trying to practice patience. 0/10 if you’re hungry.

  They took forever for just a hot n spicy and fries there has to be something going wrong there they need new management or something cuz they can never get food right as well
