- GLGracie LeiranAug 5, 20251.0WORST SERVICE EVER! Don't order on the app they don't have meatball marinara or black olives but the app says they do. When they mess it up they will make you a different sandwich but if you buy add ons like pepperoni for the specific sandwich and no longer want it because of their errors they won't get you a refund. The employee told my boyfriend well it's actually a more expensive sandwich you ordered and then tell you well the manager isn't in when you ask to speak to the manager. The food will be cold if you pick it up right at the time the app says it will be done. The employees were all just sitting at a table in the corner giggling and on their phones. I have managed multiple food places (4 separate places) and they clearly hold no employee standards or ways to handle mistakes they make. She also did not wash her hands after coming behind the counter and they did not have the toppings covered so I'll be calling the health department.
