Then, they took another 35 minutes to fulfill mine while taking care of other walk in customers before me. I ended up getting my order picked up after 1 hour 10 minutes after placing it. I would not order from them again!

The order came nearly an hour later than the original estimate, and we were shorted a piece of chicken – and no chicken breasts in the eight piece box, just wings, legs, and thighs. The potato wedges were ice cold, and instead of getting two of the regular sizes (as ordered) we got one large box. The beans and rice were also cold. There were also no utensils or napkins provided. We would have ordered ranch sauce for the potato wedges (who eats these without ranch?), but the restaurant has disabled both that option and the ability to leave instructions with your order. The order was so badly botched that we couldn’t help but laugh! But we certainly won’t order from this chain again…
