Ordered online. Once I got there to pick it up found out they were out of flatbread so I had to wait for the sandwich to be made which was fine. I just stood around inside waiting. When the girl finished making the sandwich she picked up the bag and put it on the “pick up” rack. Didn’t look at me didn’t say thanks for waiting nothing. Just put it down and walked in the back. Considering I was standing there you would think she could have just handed me the bag and said something. Over all the sandwiches weren’t very good and the experience was definitely strange.

Me and my husband went to a trip in Moab and as we are big fan of subway we planned having sandwiches for lunch , our first day in Moab we went to subway and there was no cheese, our second time there was not bread. 😰😰😰 Even though we were very disappointed with the food , the staff was very polite.

I came here at 10:30am on a Tuesday and was told they were out of bread...... Out of bread??? Its a sandwich store?? They said they would have it ready in 15 minutes. I left and went to the store and came back after 25 minutes and then got told sorry, no bread, maybe 10 minutes?? The excuse was that it was busy this morning. It's Tuesday... and I've never been to any subway on this planet that planned their Tuesday morning so poorly that they were out of bread for a whole hour. Or ever, come to think of it. None of them have ever been out if their main ingredient. Wild
