    Really wanted to like this place. Food and smoothies are great. I guess it's no secret that this is the new reality of horrific customer experience is the new normal. However, when I think of how much it costs to get a customer through the door only to drive them away with unwelcoming attitudes is still hard to process.

    I order through the drive-thru frequently throughout the week. Great pricing for tasty healthy smoothies and food that fills you up. I’m a stickler for good customer service, and this staff has been polite, pleasant/friendly, patient and timely - I’ve never waited longer than a minute or two for an order. I’m Nigerian and love that there are so many tropical fruit options to choose from, and that the taste isn’t watered down. This is also the first place I’ve had a smoothie with banana in it where the banana didn’t overpower every other flavor. I’ve only ever used the drive-thru and never actually been inside.

    Love Tropical Smoothie Cafe! Smoothies are always good. I tried a new dragon fruit smoothie that was amazing. As far as this location goes. It was clean and service was fast, but staff can be a little more personable. I must say they worked well together!
