Made a mobile order and pulled up just to watch to the guy I’m assuming that was running the drive through go throw a singular box out and then proceed to go behind the dumpster for almost five minutes even though he saw us. Even when he was coming back he still wasn’t answering the drive through and looked at me while taking his sweet time. Cancelled my order and left. Terrible service. This is the second time in a row I’ve had to cancel my order here because of terribly slow service.

We had a great time. Miguel took very good care of us even before he realized it was our son’s birthday. This is our son’s favorite restaurant. He really made his day special. He went above and beyond what could be expected. One of the best fast food experiences ever

They made me pull forward and said they would bring out my order 10 minutes later. I walked inside because they forgot to bring it out. Few aren't cold food and then to forget about you. Go here.

Didn’t even get to order, as I drove up to the speaker the lady told me to “please hold” I waited 20 minutes and asked if she could help me again she told me to “hold for a moment” I told her “there’s a line building up behind me” and she rudely told me she understood that but there’s a line inside as well. I don’t understand how hard it is for her to take my order to get the process going. Clearly she needs training on how to keep the flow of things going, and not have people sitting in the drive through for long periods of times.

SLOW SERVICE. MISERABLE STAFF. GO ELSEWHERE.
Came during the middle of the day on a Saturday and the place basically couldn't even be considered open. Only one person was working the entire kitchen, and I saw another worker show up, see that work needed doing, and shirk it off to disappear again.
That poor singular worker was so drained of life. This is absurd. If a restaurant can't have at least 3 people on shift they should just close. Extremely slow service and zombie-like staff. I'm not even mad at the staff because this store is just sad. It can't be so impossible to staff a Wendy's properly in this job market.
I would judge the food but after 30 minutes of waiting around while the one guy took drive through order after order, I gave up. I don't want to sit in line either, since I could see just how long each order took. I'll just go somewhere else. I suggest you do the same.
