  We came at 4:00. The wait was an hour so we asked to come back at 6:00. They took our number and name and confirmed our phone number. We came back at 5:45. No record of our reservation but a fabulous offer of coming back after 9:30. Thanks for the terrible service.

  Had an awesome time at Topgolf! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was fun and welcoming. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made sure everything ran smoothly. The bays were clean, the games were easy to follow, and it didn’t matter whether you’re good at golf or just there to have fun—it’s a great experience either way. The food and drinks were also surprisingly good, which made the whole visit even better. It’s honestly the perfect spot for hanging out with friends, going on a date, or even just trying something different. I got the okay more membership. Definitely coming back again soon!

  I have no experience with golf but the games they have make it so fun! The staff is awesome, the food is great, and it's nice to have your own space. It was really cold outside when we went but the outdoor heaters are AMAZING! I was never uncomfortable from the weather. Highly recommend!!!

  Prom group drove an hour and half and arrived 15 min early. One girl of the group of 12 wasn’t 16 and we had no idea they had to be 16. They made them wait 45 min until someone over 21 could come. Their 2 hour session was only 1 hr and 15 min. We asked if the 11 could start and wait for the adult and they said no. We asked if they could please prorate it and they agreed but then never took it off the bill! They ended the session ten min early so they could pay. The boys asked if they please split the bill since they all brought money to pay for themselves and their date and the guy checking them out said oh I can’t do that I don’t have time. One person had to pay $470 on a credit card. The entire experience was awful and trying to get ahold of anyone on the phone was impossible. I will never ever go to top golf again. Completely overrated and treated awful!

  Went there some of my buddies for a fun night out, got there and had to update one of our buddies info cause he was a member, then told we had to wait for a few mins and thought oh well no big deal, was supposed to be like a 10 min wait, after 45 mins of waiting we went to the front desk and turns out the guy didn’t put the right phone number in after 6 times telling him the number in the beginning, after figuring out what was going on we got the Bay Area and couldn’t get it to sign in(due to the guy at the front desk putting the wrong number in),we had to grab the manager and he helped us out and got it started. Then we realized that there was only 50 mins remaining on our time and they wouldn’t give us the full hour back. And at the end we were looking at the bill and realized that we had to pay a 7 dollar fee for the first time to be able to pay, manager at the start was right there as we were doing all of this and kept clicking the screen after all of us would type our info in, didn’t even tell us there was a fee for first timers. Not really one to complain but it kinda ruined our night. We just wanted to have some fun but all were frustrated at the end of our experience!
